  1. Copy this template to your workspace by pressing the Duplicate button at the top.

Or by selecting Duplicate Page in the 3-Dot Menu on Mobile.

  1. The pages are Locked by default. If you need to make any edits, you can Unlock the page by clicking on the 3-Dot Menu and selecting Unlock Page.

Untitled

  1. All of the flashcards in the database are listed on the main page, showing the question and the ability to “Show Answer” directly from this page.

Untitled

  1. Click the “Show Answer” checkbox to reveal the answer.

Untitled

  1. Some answers may get cut off. You can click directly on the card to open a view of the information for that card, including the answer, an option to set how proficient you are in knowing the information, and reference material for further studying.

Untitled

  1. Once you practice and understand the information better, you can click on any of the buttons to set how well you know the answer. All cards are set to “Hard” by default when you first receive them.

“Hard, “Medium”, and “Easy” will move them to a different gallery view so that you can practice those levels individually if you’d like. “Archive” will remove the card and place it into an archived area once you have completely mastered a card and no longer need it. Clicking “Hard”, “Medium”, or “Easy” will take it out of the archives and put it back into its associated difficulty level.

Untitled

  1. Once you set a difficulty level, you can click on the “Hard”, “Medium”, or “Easy” views and practice just those cards until you have mastered them.

Untitled

  1. The “Archived” view will show all cards that have been archived. If you want to take a card out of the archives, just click on the name of the card and set its difficulty level, which will then place it back into the “All” view or the difficulty view that you have selected.

Untitled

  1. The “Active” view is the main database for all cards that are currently active (have not been archived.) You can also see the answers from this view, set the status of the card, and set the difficulty.

Untitled

  1. While you do have the ability to add new cards and make changes to settings, it is not recommended. This system has been set up specifically to help you pass the Notion Essentials Badget Certification. Changing the settings or adding new cards may affect the way the cards are displayed.
