  1. The pages are Locked by default. If you need to make any edits, you can Unlock the page by clicking on the 3-Dot Menu and selecting Unlock Page.

  1. You can find all of the shortcuts on the Notion Keyboard Shortcut Guide (Minimalist) page.

  1. Under “Main”, “Mac”, or “Windows”, you will see the different categories available. “Main” shows both Mac and Windows versions of the shortcuts together. “Mac” and “Windows” pages will show only shortcuts relating to those operating systems.

  1. The category “All Shortcut Keys” is the main database for all of the information. It will provide the Shortcut, the Keys needed to be pressed, the Action it will take, any specific Notes, and the Type of shortcut key that it is.

  1. All of the other category types (Quick Reference, Popular, Markdown, etc.) will show the shortcut keys in a gallery-style database. This makes it easy to reference, especially on a smartphone or tablet device.
